Join the Volunteer Challenge:
Rebuild the Jersey Shore and Get Social!

October 29, 2014 marks two years since Hurricane Sandy hit the Jersey Shore — and yet families are still in need of support to rebuild their homes and communities. Volunteering, traveling for a purpose, using social media tools, and competing in teams are all components of a new social consciousness.

How do I participate in the Jersey Shore Volunteer Challenge?

  1. Form a team (with your school, charity, religious or community organization) and register the team of ten online
  2. Make a short video telling us why your team should be picked to be part of the Challenge.
  3. If you’re selected, we will take you and train you as we travel to the Jersey Shore to
    rebuild in spring 2015!
  4. Document your experience: share, post, tweet it with your social networks — spread awareness and showcase your efforts! Get the message out and engage communities for a chance to win a donation to your team’s organization.
